Psychotherapy.
My job is not to give you answers, but to empower you to find your own.
Why therapy?
Almost nobody needs therapy, but everybody can benefit from it.
Therapy is both a tool and a place. A tool to help you change what can change and accept what cannot; and a place to understand yourself, explore ideas, experiment and dream better dreams.
Let’s explore together how I can help you.
How I Help.
People who have never been in therapy have a hard time understanding what it is all about. When it works well, your psychotherapist becomes someone you can trust, someone who sees you, listens to you, understands you, helps you become aware of who you have been, and helps you rediscover who you are. My job is neither to tell you what is “wrong” with you (spoiler alert, nothing) nor what you need to do (I respect my clients too much to assume that I know better than them!). No agenda beyond understanding you, and supporting you to find your own answers. and help you figure out what is needed to fully become yourself.
I am a relationships expert. Depending on where you are, I can help you with your relationships with others, with yourself , or with the Great Mystery that goes by many names.
What I Offer.
For those who have never been in therapy, it can be hard to grasp what it’s really about. When it works well, your therapist becomes someone you can trust—someone who sees you, listens deeply, understands you, helps you become aware of who you’ve been, and supports you in rediscovering who you are.
I don’t tell people what’s “wrong” with them (spoiler: nothing is). And I won’t tell you what to do—I respect my clients too much to pretend I know better than them. My only agenda is to understand where you are and walk alongside you as you uncover what it means to be fully yourself.
Psychotherapy
Come with your doubts, confusion, fears and hopes. All is welcome. Together we can figure out if anything needs to change to live and love more fully.
Existential Therapy
No one goes through life unscratched. Bad things happen, we can get lost and sometimes it is hard to remember who we are and what really matters. Together we can find the way forward.
Let’s explore the furthest reaches of your potential together.
Transpersonal psychotherapy
For some, the path is through established religion. For others, it’s found in nature, in the wisdom of entheogens and Indigenous practices, or simply in the quiet commitment to being a decent human being. All paths meet. All rivers, eventually, find their way to the ocean.
You are here to join the symphony—and to shine.
I don’t shy away from matters of Spirit. I bring to your service my expertise as a psychotherapist, years of study of Easter traditions, and my training in sacred plant-medicine and traditional practices. I’ll be honored to help you find—or shape—your way.
Thresholds
Life and death are not separate but part of a continuum. Yet we are taught to fear death, to push it away. One of my greatest honors is to support people facing terminal illness or the fear of dying. I’ve helped many make peace with the inevitable and approach their final chapter with clarity, grace, and even gratitude.
The process of dying does not have to be riddled with fear and regret. It can be a sacred threshold, the final opportunity to deal with unfinished business, review the life you’ve lived and become grateful for the opportunity to be in this world.
Together, we can walk this path so your departure is not a tragedy but a celebration of a life well lived.
Relationships
I can support you in creating the relationship you long for.
