More About Me...
I have walked the healing path for over twenty years. My healing journey began when I left my practice as a corporate lawyer and moved to India to learn about spiritual traditions, psychospirituality at the Sadhana Institute, the Ramakrishna Mission, Osho’s and Gandhi’s Ashrams, and how to better help others find freedom. That path eventually led me to earn two master’s degrees—in Integral Counseling Psychology and Comparative Psychologies—and a PhD in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
Over time, I realized that psychotherapy alone did not go far enough. In my search for deeper approaches to liberation and happiness, I studied Indigenous and mystical traditions, consciousness expansion, and plant medicine —learning from many teachers, including a ten-year apprenticeship with a Mexican Mazatec curandera. I am also certified by MAPS as an MDMA-Assisted Therapy Practitioner.
Aware that we are an amalgamation of body, mind, heart, and spirit, I also became an ordain minister in the Congregation of Sacred Practices with a certification in Spiritual Counseling.
This passion for learning and teaching has allowed me to train hundreds of therapists in the intrapersonal, interpersonal, and transpersonal dimensions of psychotherapy, shamanism, and entheogens. I’ve helped develop multiple training programs and often serve as a lecturer and keynote speaker in this evolving field.
I have helped many clients love and work better, and I am confident I can help you, too. Reach out to explore together how I can support your journey.
